Applicants must submit the following application materials and mail to the 4th Shanghai International Ballet Competition no later than April 1, 2007:
1. Completed Application Form

2. Ballet Resume
3. Completed Competition Program
4. Copy of Birth Certificate or Passport
5. Four photographs: two black-and-white portraits(head shots) (3.5cm x 4.5cm) with one attached to the application form, two full-length dance poses in Color (13 x 18cm or 20 x 25cm) including an arabesque in practice clothes.
6. Letter of recommendation from ballet company director, head of the applicant’s present school or any well-known person in dance.
7. A videotape or DVD of applicant in practice clothes.(No costumes).
8. Award winners at the International Ballet Competitions under the auspices of ITI-UNESCO and CID-UNESCO may be exempt from submitting video tape or DVD.

The Organizing Committee will notify the eligible applicants in written form and on website no later than May 1, 2007.
Any change of the competition program must be submitted to the Competition Office of SHANGHAI IBC no later than May 31, 2007. Otherwise, any change will be considered invalid. |
